the trial for an estherville, iowa man charged in the shooting death of 19-year-old thomas bortvit has been delayed. lee christensen is now scheduled to go on trial june 21st in emmet county district court. christensen is charged with 1st degree murder in bortvit's death back in june. bortvit's body was found days later near some buildings about two miles northeast of estherville. prosecutors have expressed concerns of a potential conflict of interest regarding the attorney representing christensen and members of his family. his parents and sister may be expected to testify at the trial. the judge set february 15th as the deadline to consider any request to move the trial out of emmet county. a gas line break created a tentially dangerous situation n a sioux city neighborhood this morning. sioux city fire rescue got a call around 11:30 in the morning. a private contractor was digging near 4400 polk residential gas line. the cut in the line caused leaking, so fire rescu crews were standing by in case of an explosion. fire rescue crews say their biggest concern was the safety of nearby r
