eugene porfido? >> yes. >> come on up. >> good afternoon. thank you. appreciate you giving me this time to speak in front of you. i've been a resident of the city for over 15 years and i'm extremely concerned with the way mental health is being addressed in san francisco today. it's important to me to not only have a voice, but to share in the responsibility of the efforts of those who are promoting better health care services and to those that are in need in the city. as part of my background, i founded tom wardell center when i got on disability in 2004. and after years of great care, i wanted to give back to the community. i joined the tom wardell community advisory board which i've been on for nine years now and was recently reelected for my third consecutive term as the presiding chair of the board. i will also be representing the clinic at the health care for the homeless convention in may, and this will be my third year in a row for doing that as well. and also i take part in the transgender work group internal inside the clinic. i recently rece
