i'm eun yang. >> and i'm richard jordan in for aaron gilchrist. >>> a u.s.e officer is in the hospital this morning after being hit by a car. it happened around 8:30 last night along massachusetts avenue in northeast d.c. we're told the officer was hit during a traffic stop. her condition has not been released. so far, no charges have been filed against that driver. >>> metro is investigating one of its bus drivers after a video was posted online showing that driver reading behind the wheel. check it out. it was taken by a rider on the d-2 route last monday and posted on the blog d.c. metro. the passenger said the driver was reading the paper on a long stretch of the route, both while stopped and while the bus was moving. riders we showed video were outraged. >> you're reading the newspaper, so you're putting yourself in danger. you're putting your passengers in danger. >> that's a safety violation. come on, metro. do your job. check into your drivers and figure out what's going on. >> it's difficult to tell from the video if the driver was reading the paper
