so areas like eureka getting 3 inches of rain. to see a quarter of an inch for parts of the north bay. so big difference once you head up to the north. as for temperatures today, lots of 70's on the map. we will see a couple of low 80's just like yesterday. in fact, your 4 zone forecast is looking nearly identical to yesterday's just a nice day to venture outside. if you like the warmth today and tomorrow are the last of these warmer days before we really settle into some cooler weather and that pattern. let's look to continue for a while. so get in the 70's while you can the lehighton i-75 degrees today. of course, you've got to adjust your clocks to saturday night. you might want to consider turn those clocks back an hour. also, tesla smoke alarms. i know that's a tradition. this time of year you'll get that extra hour of sleep sunday morning. but the catch is the sun setting at our earlier at 05:00:06pm, after we fall back. as for the next 7 days, you can see why me to joy today and tomorrow because we do get cooler after this.

taking a look at what's ahead, we have the river affecting a large part of the pacific midwest and the eurekahere and we take you all of the way through saturday night with the north bay, and much of that just falls apart once again as it bumps up against dry air and the rain falls apart as it moves south of the golden gate bridge. we are looking at a slight chance of rain and as much as how much we measure, some of us might not get but a few 0.05 of an inch of rain and farther to the north, yukaya will carry the rain chances. this sunday it will be time again to turn our clocks back to turn it back one hour. it is also a good reminder to change the smoke detector batteries and we get one more hour of sleep on sunday with the earlier sunset will be adjusting to the new sunrise at 6:36 earlier in the day and the sunset will be earlier in the day, too, at 5:05 on sunday evening and we'll also have some slightly cooler temperatures with highs in the mid-60s. we'll go back to sunshine while san francisco may see more rain here throughout the weekend with highs in the mid-60s. laura and marcus? >>

eureka gets a little rain, we don't get much here. here is the next system. the next one has better aim, that would start to drive some showers that do hit the northbay saturday morning. this does not look very impressive, the totals will be pretty light, but there is still rain in the forecast , you will see it in the seven-day, you could get as much as a quarter inch of rain out of this. if we look at the some of the more optimistic forecast models, the numbers go up at this point in the northbay to about a quarter inch, and everybody south gate just a few hundredths. that is saturday and sunday at this point. this has been a bit frustrating, with this particular system, because the models have really had a hard time nailing it down. it has waffled a lot. but what has been consistent enough is the chance for some light rain. that is why we have saturday and sunday back here. the majority is coming saturday, then sunday there might be a few leftovers. look at next week, had to start looking back here, soon, because the long-range forecast still hints the sto
