eva pilgram, channel 6 "action news." >> all right eva thank you. >>> police in bensalem are working to build a case against the teenage driver that hit and killed a 16-year-old girl getting on her school bus yesterday. david henry has the latest. >> so far no criminal charges in this case, the bucks county detectives continue their investigation and there could be serious charges, depending on what they find. >> any time there is a death we'll treat it as a homicide. 16-year-old minet zeka was killed crossing to her school bus, she was hit by this bronco, the driver either didn't see the flashing lights on the bus or ignored them. the defroster in the bronco was not working and it may have diminished the view of the road and they described the suv as a hot mesz. today the investigators are inspecting the bronco and sorting through other potential evidence. we'll look at the car and any evidence left behind and cell phones and forensic evident, we'll look at the cell phone to see if texting was a part of the accident. >> minet's classmates were in school today they met with counsel a

eva pilgram is live in city hall, another active day there >> reporter: yes, it's much quieter here in center city tonight, traffic is moving as normal. a very different scene from the protests last night. there was a protest at a local college today but it didn't cause any disruptions. >> this is the march on temple campus calling for a change after both the michael brown and eric garner cases ended with similar decisions, no charges against the officers involved. >> this is an injustice, have you to do something as a whole community. >> this is the first step to making the change, actually getting out there and letting us know the process and what happens next. >> students marched to three different busy locations chanting and lying down on the ground, for 4.5 minutes in memory of michael brown whose body laid in the street for 4. 5 hours. >> you want a lot of people to see it. the presence is the point and the display of the unrest and the dissatisfaction of the decision. >> this is a peaceful protest, people will say things that you don't agree with but we want to remain muchful. >

eva pilgram has the latest. >> reporter: the rescue search is now being called a recovery effort forker who is still missing this afternoon after a barge capsized near the port of wilmington here last night. this afternoon we have learned new information about where the worker was moments before the accident. the fire department and coast guard when out shortly before the sun came up this morning. >> it's definitely dangerous work and it's dark on the river. >> they called the coast guard after a barge capsized on the christina river saying crew members were missing and two were rescued quickly and one is still missing. >> he was inside the operator's house when the dredge capsized. dive teams tried to get inside of the area that is now under water and it was deemed unsafe and the divers were pulled back. they learned in a gaffeling was wearing a float coat. >> we are working with the engineers on how to upright this dredge. >> i spoke with norfolk dredging officials, they are on their way here from virginia and at this point they can't speculate what caused the barge to overturn but
