"action news" reporter trish hartman is live in port richmond at the scene of the deadly shooting with details on the investigation. trish. >> reporter: well, rick, it's been more than a week since police say 21-year-old ryan kelly was gunned down here in port richmond. now police are trying to see if this crime is linked to an armed robbery that happened earlier that morning because of a vehicle spotted at both scenes. a week after the thanksgiving day can killings in port richmond neighbors are still anxious for answers. it didn't take long to find people who knew the victim 21-year-old brian kelly several of whom said they heard a quick burst of gun shots in the 3500 block of almond street around 5:00 a.m. >> i heard the scream. that's got to be from the bar or another neighbor. i got up the next morning. >> reporter: police say ryan was
