[ cheers and applause ] with us right now live. ve got all your restaurants working on this. right? >> that's right, jimmy, that's right. we've been producing food since tuesday. and we're just continuing to push. >> jimmy: evan grew up in the palisades. his parents lost their home in the fire. how are your parents, evan? >> they're good. we evacuated them at 3:30 on tuesday afternoon. the fire was 100 yards from their front door. but they're safe. you know, we're putting the pain aside for now and helping everybody who needs to, you know -- there's hungry people, there's thirsty people. all these amazing first responders. so we're just doing everything we can. >> jimmy: what are you making the first responders tonight? what's on the enmenu? >> always the garter of aldente, jimmy. i'm not making pasta. chicken meatballs, spicy broccoli, sweet potatoes. >> jimmy: that's good. we are very lucky to have these firefighters and rescue workings, and they are lucky to have you. i want to say thank you for what you are doing out there. if y
