said they wanted a new educational and community facility with a large green space at the 5050 evans location surveys, thousands of doors. results were very clear the community did not want housing, they wanted a new community center. now we hear that a private developer has been working with city departments to try and derail this project without any transparent process, strictly happening behind closed doors for city departments. we have emails through a public records request that shows that solely trying to maximize their housing credits for below market rate housing at the site so they do not need to build below market rate housing at the indian basin project. potentially worth millions and millions to them. they have an email stated they have no intention whatsoever to actually develop the 1550 evans site but interesting in the housing credits. a site in russian hill, a former p.u.c. property that is a reservoir. at that site, the idea of below market rate housing was introduced. that wealthy neighborhood rejected the notion, instead opted for a green space in a park which is happening

you heard evan going through at least three different locations. the warrants were about, quote, seizing the privileged communications between cohen and his client. how significant is this for the president? >> it's very significant. it's extraordinarily aggressive for the justice department and fbi to engage in such activity. the reason i say that is, normally when you have an attorney's office, you don't hear of them getting raided because there's the attorney-client privilege that protects the documents in the office. and these documents may be documents relating to the president of the united states, who is cohen's primary client. there is, however, an exception to the attorney-client privilege rule, and it's called the crime-fraud exception. if an attorney engages in criminal or fraudulent conduct with his client, then their communications are not privileged and can be seized. so i'm just wondering what the federal judge was looking at when he authorized a raid on an attorney's office. it sounds to me like crime-fraud exception to the attorney

this project is located, this facility is at southeast plant on the evans. it's a very critical pre treatment process. this is where all the flows end the plant. it is easily our most complex construction project that we have in phase 1. and this is for a number of reasons because we are going to be operating while we are taking it sought of service. consecutively, we're taking the heart out of the patient and keeping the patient running for about five years. this project has dependencies on other projects. we were originally looking at crossings in evans and evans is a very, very busy road. a lot of people are traveling on evans in order to build the new facility, we were looking at all improving a pump station across the street and building another new pump station. we spent a lot of time with our contractor, with our designers and with our c.m. teams to figure out how we can minimize risk on this because there are so many complexities. i want to just walk you through what this looks like if we're talking about what we've got now. right now, the facilities
