there is a bobcat on the other side a small excavator that is now moving dirt and putting it into thefew minutes before the truck was there, you can get a lay of the land. this construction is going on mainly behind the main building here. there's a lot of renovation going on. but yesterday around 10:00 there was a collapse. a 40 by 40 foot section of the garage section here came down taking down several levels below it. when they gan to search with ab cadaver dog alerted on the pile. then they started to shore up what remained of the structure so they could get in there. now, we have seen members of d.c.'s search and rescue or collapse team here on the scene. and they are still here at this point. we don't know however, if there has been anything newfound. we'll try to find that out for you. what happens here is although this building is under renovation people not only from the watergate complex but others use that garage for long-term parking. the effort remains underway. as far as we know now, the last big news was a cadaver dog alerted on a debris pile here. you're live at foggy
