what we recommend is a basin expansion and it would be a pretty good side basin expansion. we marked white marks on the sidewalk the smallest we probably would recommend would be a 6 by 9 tree basin currently it's a 3 by 3, so we do recommend a pretty large base inexpansion to accommodate the roots of the tree near the base of the trunk. in summary, we do have to protect large mature trees if the sewer repairs have been made, that issue has been addressed. if the sidewalk repairs are made, that issue has been addressed. we do hope some bit to maintain the trees in san francisco because we want to protect and enhance the canopy size in the city. unfortunately for property owners, when faced with a lot of financial costs obviously it's understandable that they're going to seek removal but what i'm concerned about in this photo you can see the tree behind the subject tree that has recently repaired sidewalk no one sought the removal of that tree, so again to be consistent, fw the tree's relatively healthy, sidewalk repairs could be made without destabilizing the tree, our reco

costs in the affiliation agreement for physician services with revenue coming in through the med cal expansion. when we adopted the initiative, what was the third year fiscal '16, '17, we expected an increase to hit the budget. that was included in the mayor's deficit forecast and in the five year financial plan. we've been working really closely with uc over the last several months. it's been a really great partnership with them. we've come to a place where we don't think we'll need to add that additional general fund for the second year. we really happy about that and grateful to uc for their went. i know they've been very focused trying to figure out how to fund this i.t. program. they really kind of stepped up and worked with us to make this happen. that's an $8.7 million avoided general fund cost increase in the second year, which can then preprogram internally within our budget. with those additional initiatives that are before you today, that leads to $22.7 million available funding for us to reprogram within the budget. added to the 19.3 that was set aside at the may-march hearing of t

did want to thank chair weiner, and our director change for talking about the bay area bike share expansion and so i think that it is really exciting to see, from a couple of 100 bikes, and bike share, and with a few stations here to tend fold, increase the 4,000 bikes and i really like the 20 percent of the stations in the communities of concern and the lower income of communities it is an opportunity to connect up, many unconnected neighborhoods. and i am having, ridden the bike share programs in mexico city, with our chair weiner and former share avalos and others, but also, austin and new york city's programs and i think that our regional, bike share could really be the model around the country, and it is time now that it has gone out of business and the new motivate to really look at private sector support and i am looking forward to and i guess that i will brag that i am one of the annual members, since the very beginning and i ride it often but to know that i could hop off in a bart station and ride to a meeting in oakland or berkeley will be really great and to start to use it more
