i don't believe that we need to expedite the process, i am not saying that it is not broken and should not be fixed, but in terms whaf is happening out there and these neighborhoods, that the discussions that we are engaging in that is not the priority and i do believe and recognize that it will be more work for the planning department and i appreciate that we have a hard working department and we have a lot of staff and cap able and quite frankly i do think that in these types that the additional work is probably appropriate because we need to think about how these decisions are being made and how they are impacting real people. and i have to say, that i am worried about the time line and the process that it looks, we are going to follow here. i appreciate the fact that there has been, you know, a lot of work in the last few months and that prior to that, there were many years of discussion. but, this, the context in which this change and these changes are happening is relatively new context in the sense that what is happening out there, is a very unique thing, it is a very unique tim

there is no way to expedited an individual's training. we have the guideline that mandate the type of training and efficiency that criminalist have to demonstrate when an individual is eligible they can be signed off to do independent casework. the last part, from 2010 we have 3 and 1 and today we have 2 supervisors and 13 criminalist. the lead supervisor she's part of a lot of working groups from one of the training seminars she went to. she go the the idea of creating two teams. you have a group of people doing screening and moving on to the group of criminalist who do the dna analysis, the quantity fiction and amplification. the increase in the numbers that we have is going to increase the amount of cases that we can turn around at the crime lab. this year we are hoping to add to our staff again by four criminalist. the polls that we have for the crime lab we are going to add two supervisors and criminalist and continue the regime that we have with three individuals that we have 3 entry level criminalist and they can move on to the nex

one of raymond streams is to join an expedition with just from the british over the summer museums to conduct excavations in russia's regions and inflate everyone to take out the last experience of this is our expedition we've been doing it for fifty years now last year we celebrated the fiftieth anniversary and i have to say that many monuments have been discovered over those fifty years of excavation but we can still say that even more sides remain unknown usually the archaeology department i've done translating work about different. archaeological excavations that people have done but signed the research i've done and also i was doing some translating on renaissance art that's definitely been the most rewarding work because it's been interesting and it also helped me practice russians. in the archaeology department is for many volunteers one of the most interesting places in the museum. you can literally touch history. and to draw these ancient objects from. different things that they found and i need to document this way as here helped kill a good part and you have to be very prec
