julia boorstin has more on how tech is tackling tv from the internet expo in boston. >> there are more companies than ever selling access to television. cable and satellite tv companies, verizon and after years of offering traditional bundles of channels, they are now increasingly taking new approaches. offering less expensive slimmed-down bundled distributed over the internet, like fling tv. plus, there are a slew of tech and internet companies jumping into the game. sony is offering playstation view and amazon is partnering with comcast to sell its tv service and hulu is announcing it is working on a new live tv service. already in advanced talks with two of its owners, fox and busy abc. >> the one that you really have to worry about is hulu because it's backed by the content companies themselves and therefore has that one key element which is they've got the programming. >> and it's not just hulu. google's youtube, amazon and apple are working on their live tv packages, hoping to also from all of that data, about what people are watching. tech giants embracing tv is pushing tv compa

ç when the expo itself opens today, it's not open to the public. only for those in the beer brewing industry. we wanted to know how much business craft beer brings, especially to our area. the brewers association tells me some 4,400 jobs in pennsylvania are directly from the breuer riz. a lot of them are at yards brewing company here in philadelphia. he said ten years ago they were just trying to survive. now they're on track to expand. >> it's amazing. when we started, we were like one of two. then everybody started building br breweries and coming into the fold. it's awesome to see people who have a passion for making beer and serving great products. it's growing. it's awesome. >> the brewers association came up with a statistic that 75% of adults 21 or older live within ten miles of a brewery. you can see how much of a big business this is, about 600 breweries opened last year. with this lovely weather we have been having, being sarcastic here, it's been a great week to stay inside if you will. live in center city, matt delucia, nbc 10 news. >>
