we are looking at i-95 suit between girard and vine street expressway. there is police activity as you can see as traffic control for about five-ton vehicle restriction on i-95. as you know vehicles over five n i-95 between vine street expressway and platt bridge from now through mid take next friday. north and southbound i-95 off ramp to broad street will be closed to traffic from now to midday july 29th for dnc convention. as you can see traffic squeezing by and there will be delays on i-95 south between girard avenue and vine street expressway. actually through duration of the dnc duration. we will move traffic cam here, vine street expressway at i-95 , police department on the ramp to i-95 south and right lane block not much delay here thankfully. onto ben franklin bridge they have no delays thankfully.

we have an accident organic the schuylkill expressway involving an -- an accident on the schuylkill expresswayound involving an overturned vehicle approaching belmont. this is a shot where we saw the sky lighting up. we have hundreds of lightning strikes with the strong and severe thunderstorms moving through. the other issue this morning is the new restrictions we have in place this week for the the democratic national convention. so if you're traveling in a commercial vehicle over five tons that's the biggest impact. you can't travel on i-95 between the vine and the platt bridge. that's open to regular vehicles, but commercial vehicles over five tons you can't travel on i-95. that means the vehicles will be on the schuylkill expressway or the vine we'll see extra congestion because of that today. the ramble from the schuylkill expressway eastbound to packer avenue shut down from 2:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., the ramp from i-95 to broadly street shut down northbound and southbound is allowed at times. speaking of i-95 i want to show you an accident scene that shows you the conditions we have today.
