now that the f.t.p. has refused to go into government the left party the f.t. i don't want the s.p.d. to be the fourth party to deny its responsibility i don't think that will help us in the end but what would help the s.p.d. that's where opinions among party delegates and members diverge widely. maybe the s.p.d. is political responsibility now is to become the party it once was and not to grow weaker from election to election and lose its profile. we have to remember that numerically were the weaker of the two partners so in that sense it's tremendous what we can achieve in terms of issues and setting priorities. d.s.p. faces a quandary its youth wing in particular rejects a grand coalition and that means chairman is traveling through germany campaigning against a new grand coalition. because we want to get back to a real culture of debate among germany's parties because we don't want the f.t. to be the voice of opposition that happens best when the two big parties in germany's political landscape the conservatives and the social democrats are fighting things
