hit isis near the iraqi city of fa ju ja, killing 250 islamic state fighters. they have not independently verified the reports. video purportedly shows the air strikes starting after an isis convoy was fleeing just outside of the city. at least 40 vehicles carrying fighters and weapons were apparently destroyed. if confirmed, the strikes are among the deadliest ever against isis and this comes just days after fallujah was liberated. >>> police have raided a series of turkeys in istanbul this morning. they are targets -- according to the state-run agency, counterterrorism police led by special forces carried out the raids in several low-income areas. it's not clear that the raids are in direct tloing the airport attack. no group has taken responsibility for that attack as of this morning. however, the ataturk airport is up and running. while america's cia chief says the massacre in istanbul bares the mark of isis, he is warning of potential attacks here at home. nbc's pete williams has more. >> reporter: the deadliest and most complex attacks carried out by isis
