facebook page overnight.. and i spoke with police today, trying to answer some of your questions.. chief dan trelka says it's a unique case because the woman was under obvious mental stress. she never touched the boy...but she did lie to his bus driver claiming she was the boy's sister..and that she needed to take him with her. she told police she tried to take him because she hallucinated and geuinenly thought the boy needed her help..and police say they can't arrest her for that right now. :she lied to the bus driver and trelka: the problem we are having is we are unable to disprove what she said because of her obvious mental health crisis. at last check the woman is still the hospital undergoing mental evaluation and other tests. cheif dan trelka also tells me there is much more to do with this case..as the investigation continues. i also spoke with state senator jeff danielson about parents having concern over this story- he says "the best law in the world...still wouldn't work unless we all work together as a community. we all need to be the eyes and ears and watch out for one another."
