factors. >> home playing out in an east bay business store employees scared off a group of would-be thieves happened about 4.30 monday afternoon at the state's consignment store. this is in place until the owner says 10 men with sledgehammers tried to smash the jewelry cases. but an employee pulled out a gun and scared them off. no shots were actually fired. nobody was hurt. police are investigating. investigators are looking for a driver who fired shots at another driver monday in alameda county. police say the gunman got into an argument with a man along castro valley boulevard in after driving next to each other about a mile and a half. the gunman fired 2 shots. pierce and the other man struck. police say the gunman was driving a four-door white or light colored sedan. the victim was able to get off the road and get safely to a chp station. >> de-escalation method is to not engage and to find a safe place to be whether it's a law enforcement, a fire station. >> police looking for video now of the incident to help with that investigation. developing news, tesla is recalling more than 2 mi
