>> reporter: right now we know of a number of school closings that include fairfax counties and lowden county, manasas city school as well as others. several others are still trying to decide what to do. a lot of the school officials said they are looking at a number of factors. they try and look at when this storm isoing to arrive, just how much snow it is oing to bring, the transportation as well as the impact on students and staff and a lot of times they like to wait as long as possible to make that decision because the forecast gets more accurate the closer the storm gets they may make a decision late tonight, others say it could be as late as tomorrow morning betweenay 4:00 and 5:00. >> all the snow days the schools have used, we have not had to use this many school days and snow days in probably six or seven years naff. they got to be running out of here. >> reporter: yeah some of the school districts have run out. in fairfax county they had three snow days built into the calendar and those are used up, they have taken away their president's day holiday and in maryland a lot othe
