sitting just to our north and west, coming through leesburg and coming through loudoun county to fairfaxy and they're moving southeast ward down through the area. all of this associated with this upper level disturbance. you can see it right there. it's been spinning into west virginia. we'll get a few more light showers and clearing out by late tonight early part of the day tomorrow when the area of high pressure moves in. so, cool tonight again. there will be some locations well to the west our area around i-81 in the valleys that can be dropping down into the 30s. for friday, the return of some showers and maybe even a thunderstorm, but that will be during the afternoon and during the evening. there's friday at 8:00 p.m. your forecast for the evening continued cool, breezy, dropping from 56 to 52 degrees. a look at your morning, breezy. start again and it will be pretty chilly, 38 to 43. so at the beginning of the day tomorrow you're likely to need a jacket again, but much nicer by the afternoon. it will be warmer and more like may, 67 to 70 degrees. dry for tomorrow. the rain returns

i lived in fairfax county for 20 years and it filled every spring. what do pot holes get filled? turns out there is a hidden social structure that provides the services and does it efficiently and least in a rich county like fairfax. it is interesting how those differences happen. all the antigovernment activists of which there are many especially in our society don't understand that if you want a country that doesn't have a strong government that is a will to enforce rules you ought to move to somalia or afghanistan or a less developed country that actually cannot enforce rules on its own territory. in some molly and you own and not just an assault rifle butt a shoulder fired antiaircraft weapon you are free to do it but it is not a very happy society because it doesn't have institution. second is the rule of law. the will of law is all about community rules of justice that are regarded as superior to whoever's running the government whether it is a president or prime minister, you don't just make of the rules on the fly but implement a law that someone else makes. that is the s
