looking nearly as nice in fairfax. here in bc we have mostly cloudy conditions, 45 degrees. even the areas to the south and west are getting some struggles right now. kind of a variety across the region, temperatures are near the same across the region. they will not move a lot for the rest of the day. if you take a look at the satellite radar, tracking south of interstate 61 across highway 50, that will be the area most likely to get a few sprinkles through the afternoon. the rain overnight, even yesterday afternoon, has not amounted to much. the chances of rain are going to be diminishing into the afternoon hours as low pressure tracks down to the south. high-pressure is trying to build in and mash this out of here overall. there is potential for a last hurrah overnight and into tomorrow morning, with a small chance that we could get a wintry mix south and west of d.c. early tomorrow morning, but i do not think it will be enough to cause problems on the roadways. and it will be short-lived. cold air behind it, temper
