let's go out live to i-80 in fairfield. in that silver sedan on the left hand bottom side of your screen is a person accused of shooting into an suv this morning. a woman was driving that suv. she was not injured, but her window was shot out. officers tracked the suspect vehicle's license plate. they found that vehicle at around 2:00 this afternoon with a driver in it near rohnert park. from there the case was on. here we are three hours later. the car has been stopped in fairfield for almost two hours. officers are in a standoff with the driver whom they believe is still armed. they're planning their moves carefully. our chopper watched the chase earlier this afternoon down 580 on the richmond-san rafael bridge with several cop cars on the tail of this silver toyota corolla. it was never going terribly over the speed limit, topping around 70 miles an hour driving through the north bay, eventually moving east. the driver avoided spike strips after several attempts by officers to stop that vehicle as it went from petaluma to
