action cam outside earlier this afternoon there at boat house row and fairmount park and a lot of moisturee a issue tonight, visibility, sky six live in hd looking at ben franklin bridge , as we travel along i-95, allow some extra time because of that low level moisture. if you are going on for rest of tonight and relevant i tomorrow morning, it is about a cold, dry, wet ground and hard ground as well. when we get that moisture with the southerly wind riding up on top of that cold front and that is where we have issue with visibility. anytime temperature and dew points temperatures are close together the air is saturated meaning we have got that fog and that will develop as we get throughout the rest of tonight and into tomorrow morning. we have issued an accu weather alert because of that and heavy rain on the way. we are down to 2 miles as far as visibility is concerned in philadelphia, down to half mile in reading, .8 for allentown and poconos, up to a mile and a half in trenton and 2 miles, there in atlantic city. temperatures though are fairly mild despite moisture, it is 49 in philad
