i recently learned about the jackson family in minnesota and how the farmington high school roboticsbuilt a motorized power wheelchair for 2-year-old celia jackson when all other options weren't available. inspired by the story, the mother of a 5-year-old reached out for help. rocco has a rare form of dwarfism and has limited ability. using plans donated to them by their organization go baby go, the students modified another power car into a motorized wheelchair by rewiring, coding and programming the chair's electronics, redesigning the joystick and customized the seat just for rocco. over the last few weeks, the team has been hard at work, and i'm happy to say that members of the farmington high school robotics team and their coach are at the white house with us today to present rocco and his parents with their new power chair. . - we're from farmington, minnesota. - we've been continually on getting properties, until now, we were on our 10th deal. our first deal was on desoto street in maplewood. on this particular house, we did a full rehab. we did keep the kitchen, but every room was gutted. we completely renovated it, and we sold that a few months later. 32nd avenue, we completely gutted it out, so it turned out really nice and that house sold in 11 days. house number four, 1880 berkeley in st. paul, was a great deal from a hard money lender. that one's on the market right now. - so in a span of about 11 months, we've become so proficient at flipping these houses, we've done such a good job with our hard money lender, that they're actually coming to us now. our houses sit on the market for days. not weeks, not months, days. the wealth of knowledge that i've accumulated in the time that we've been doing this, has been absolutely incredible. it's changed our lives. - the opportunity is endless. through our training and some of our advanced training, you are gonna learn how to flip a property, how to rehab it,
