the next one in farmville virginia on the campus of longwood university next thursday between ten k.nd indiana governor mike pence. joining us from richmond is andrew, the political editor and reporter for the richmond times dispatch. thanks for being with us. >> my pleasure, thank you for having me. >> first, why longwood? >> the commission has a long history of the wording of these contests to schools that are not the largest. we had wo one in 1992 in richmo. we have small schools in missouri. but longwood is an interesting place because of the surrounding community that has an important role of the civil rights story and for that reason he's going to have a home-field advantage in more than one way. not only did he serve in office in virginia for 23 years, but he is steeped in the civil rights story of the states which. they decided to make that racial reconciliation a part of what he has termed because of the scar tissue but i would expect they will sketch some of the importance of the civil rights struggle and relate the story. a 16-year-old african-american girl that led a walk
