and there was a response actually back today of the chair, fcc chair, wheeler.'s no intention to regulate speech via the study and that fcc staff looking at ways to possibly modify the study to meet the concerns that have been raised. is that a victory in your mind? >> well, it's a beginning of a pullback. but it's not a victory. because they say there's nothing in there that's going to deal with content. but when you look at what the monitors are asked to find out, philosophy and viewpoint, you know, i've arked a lot of cases at the support on philosophy and viewpoint. the supreme court is unanimous. when you go after viewpoint, the court says you can't do that. i have no solace in the response from the fcc chairman except for the fact that it is certainly on their radar screen right now. i think if the american people continue to push, this policy, this 87-page plan will be removed. but it needs to just -- they just need to stop doing this. there's not a middle territory here. it's all or nothing. it needs to be nothing. >> jay sekulow, thanks much. >>> time t
