a really interesting lawsuit because it basically is calling out trump, pam bondi as the ag and the fechat this executive order that donald trump entered or declared basically takes away the ability for the fec to independently operate, because if they were to do so, they would run afoul of this executive order, because trump has said that he and bondi are the only arbiters of the law in the united states. how likely do you think that we're going to see some type of action in federal court to maybe stop the moves by trump and bondi when it comes to that executive order? >> i think it's likely, i think the resistance that we're seeing that from lawyers on the case, trying to push back against these extraordinary power grabs by the trump administration. so this new argument that they're making is based on this idea that the president, under the constitution, has authority for anything unless the constitution explicitly says he can't do that. so it's not just the federal trade commission, it's the federal reserve that if trump gets his way, he'll be able to fire the chair or any other pers
