commercial r real-estate started out 2011 doing pretty well en at the end felell offff ipart due to t the fights in congresess and the gsa slow down and freezing their leases. what are you seeing r 2012? >> thinknk we are very luy in this region. we are a lot better off than the rest of e cotry. i think everyone is thinking 2012 will look a lot like last year and we will do better in terms of sales buthere is not a lot of inventory out there. there are hot markets that have held their home values and prices a good,. >> what are the hottest markets today? arlington pretty much managed to hold its own. >> nororthern virginia is doing very well. many neighborhood in d.c. are leading the whole aa. places like adams morgan in northwest d.c., they are always going to be pretty strong. >> what about maryland? >>here are still a lot of places in m montgomery county that are doing well. prince george's county, homes on the market there staying on ththe market for morore than 100 days. it dependsds on your zip code in your neighborhood. >> katete this is all playing directly into the presidenti
