he is in felton right here. you can trace where the thin red line is that shows course of the river which has just now gotten to minor flood stage. we can put numbers on that. if the river gets to 16 and a half feet in height, that's when you hit minor flood stage. right now it is about 17 feet. the good news on the forecast, look at the time. the flash flood warning stays in effect until 12:15. they may have to extend that but it doesn't look like this will last terribly long into the afternoon. if you are near the river in the santa cruz mountains, you are in flood stage. the other flood warning is longer duration until 5:30. this is sonoma. think of mark west creek. that's where we will see issues through sonoma county. that's the area of concern. it's a little bit longer duration on this. there is a little more water to flow through the system. ifou a and creeks. itnot only mark west, much of sonoma. this stays persistently steady in the santa cruz mountains. justin's live shot was a perfect example of what
