. >> first at 5:00 tonight breaking news in philadelphia's feltonville second.ow did an 83 year old woman end up naked and dead inside this philadelphia home. that's the big question investigators are trying to answer tonight after that discovery was made earlier today. good evening, i'm iain page. >> i'm lucy noland the details are right now developing. so let's go straight to fox 29's shawnette wilson. she's live at the scene. shawnette? >> reporter: this elderly wop's body was found in a home behind me here on lee street. i can tell you just moments ago, police truck just arrived on the scene. investigators tell us they're preparing to bring the freezer out of the house. the body we're told is still in it. here's what we know. police got a tip call around 9:00 o'clock this morning which actually led them to the house. they got in through a window. no one was home at the time. that's where they found the 83 year old in a freezer in the basement dead. they also say she was naked. now police aren't saying who lives here but neighbors tell us the woman's son live

"eyewitness news" reporter jane carabao is live at the scene of the blast as she talked to a septa police officer who was among the first responders, jane. >> reporter: well, chris, this food truck was taken away today and was actually park behind me here just 24 hours ago now, engulfed in flames. as this investigation continues we are getting a better picture of what could have cause that had explosion. police now believe that one of the propane tanks was leaking, the neighbors enveloped the truck and gas grills inside probably spark the explosion. violent and fast, surveillance cameras near third and wyoming catch a feltonville food truck turn in the ball of fire. today those first on the scene to help were recalling and capturing the walking wounded. >> people in their underwear that had taken their clothes off from being burn and walking around peoples skin was hanging off their body as they were walking around. >> reporter: septa police officers were a block away at head quarters
