this is where fema just opened a new disaster he recovery center. we will be here for the next couple of weeks. this is a one-stop shop for victims of the storm to register with fema and see what resources are available from the fed, state and local agency. there are help with things like temporary housing, rental assistance, reimbursement for hotel stays. if you qualify, you can get money in-hand within about seven days. the small business administration also here offering low interest loans, not only for business owners, but for homeowners and renters as well who lost things. you can get help with your new drivers license if you lost your wallet during the storm, utility bills, lost wages and medication. we spoke with a man who represents a very small homeowners association between pescadero and the honda. they are asking fema to help rebuild their private road, which was damaged by a very large downed tree. and so what have you learned so far? >> not much. we are just starting. >> reporter: hopeful? >> we have been told, no. but we have not yet b
