sergeant feringer asked to be on bail even though he was sentenced to prison and they released the text messages. this is like someone breaks their arm, goes to the doctor, finds out they have cancer and removes the cancer and thinks maybe we shouldn't go to the doctor anymore. we need an independent investigation. ferguson had an investigation that revealed tremendous things about the city that the police department and da's office and no one locally was interested in getting into. we need outside investigation of san francisco so the city can be proud of the justice system we have. thank you. >> thank you.
