robert ferrante pleading for help when he found his wife collapsed on the floor.but they say he is the one who poisoned her and that he almost got away with the perfect murder. abc devin dwyer has more. >> reporter: these are the final moments before 41-year-old autumn klein fell mysterious ill. this surveillance video from 2013. the star neurologist, leaving work, and 30 minutes later collapsed in the kitchen. her husband, now charged with her murder called 911. >> hello, please, i think my wife is having a stroke. >> reporter: for 12 minutes her husband, dr. robert ferrante, who's pleaded not guilty, begged dispatchers to save his wife. >> sweetie, raise your arms above your head. please, please, please. >> reporter: the tortured groans, the sound of klein struggling to survive. >> oh, god. >> you're doing fine. okay, just -- >> reporter: jurors saw klein rushed back to the hospital she left less than an hour early. three days later she died there. doctors who treated klein told jurors they found high levels of acid in her blood, a potential sign of cyanide. fri
