same case in the 22 filmore. we're moving forward on the 16th street project right now. significant pedestrian safety improvements related to vision 0. the geo bond allowed us to make investments in our traffic signal infrastructure specifically timing and placement at 1200 intersections across the city. we've made significant progress in adding pedestrian countdown signals and flashing where that was to reduce the number of fatalities or injuries in those intersections. you'll see heres, another 4th street vision 0 project. it's in the report and my staff are going back to look at it. so elevator modernization was related to muni related facilities and you'll see is our castro elevator station. we listed the garages. our report, we have a system that fills the report. we're going to double check on that and get back to thegoboc on that. phase one which included a number of pedestrian improvements and signal improvements and pedestrian safety improvements. so that was quick because i promised to be quick and i'm happy to take any questions. now i need to figure out how t

a small way to help with the healing and help restore the connectivity between japan town and the filmorell of our teams have done, listening to community members to understand their stories and also to acknowledge the past and to also begin the healing. we've also learned a lot from past projects and delivery of this project. unlike certain other projects that have continued to drag on for year after year, we built this project very differently. we broke the work up into many different contract segments allowing for more and more diverse contractors to be able to do the work. we collaborated with half a dozen city agencies skillfully in order to get all kinds of work done while we were here including utility replacement and paving and pedestrian safety projects and, of course, the transit priority treatment. we also did much of the work in what we call quick build style allowing us to move more quickly and efficiently minimizing negative impacts on the community and its businesses. it's also meant that although is this project has moved incredibly quickly, we're already delivering a 20%

the first business i want to talk about is jackson on filmore in the marina. this position has received numerous noise complaints coming from their outdoor area. now that we have the residential neighbors close by, but more so from the chelsea inn across the street. a notice of violation on august 4th and i'm happy to report that since then the complaints have toned down a bit. it has proactively reached out to the neighbors and met with the chelsea and management and this has helped a lot. moving forward, i'm going to be working with the business's manager to recondition their permit to include special events which will allow them to host outdoor entertainment with a slightly higher sound limit. we feel this reconditioning will ensure everyone is on the same page and mitigate future sound related issues. the next business i want to talk about is blue light on the marina. last month, during a two-week period numerous complaints about live bands in their park lit. we realize they were not permitted for outdoor music. i was able to hop on a call with the owner a
