people in the town of finley spent much of monday packing up. even some streets of suburban memphis were blocked as students packed into a church jim to brace for record flooding. high winds created a wild side off the coast of hawaii. two water tornadoes touched down near the coast of honolulu last night. the waterspouts stayed offshore and ultimately did not cause any damage. look at how ominous that is. >> it is neat looking but they are dangerous. those are just tornadoes over water. people think that it is just, with a word like waterspout, that it is a small thing but it is a tornado. what does do, sometimes it can suck up marine life and it can drain fish over land. -- rain down fish over the land. >> storms in our area this afternoon? >> tonight, straight line winds could cause some minor damage. >> no winning fish? >> exactly.
