of the firehouses in order to get the work done faster. the biggest thing is the wait. if we have people familiar already, they can get the work done quicker. we don't have to have specific people all the time, but a roster of people who have done work with the department on department properties, those people can be assigned on a regular basis to fire department issues, whether it's fixing showers or toilets or whatever it might be. it would make it faster and i think our fire department personnel would benefit having people in the dpw etidentified working on the properties. >> unfortunately we have a lot of issues so there are a lot of people familiar with the facilities. they're working through their challenges as well. but point understood. >> director mohammed and his department are doing a fine job, i'm not saying they're not. but if we can identify people within the department to work on our properties, we'll be ahead of the game. looking at the budget request, we need $33 million, how much is realized, but we're only asking for 1.2
