let's get right to meteorologist bill henley with his first alert forecast and talk about that snow moving into the area. bill? >> cold enough. the temperatures are back down below freezing in the teens for most of the area. we've issued a first alert. there are three phases of this, first, accumulating snow. we're seeing that in parts of delaware and south jersey. that's what we'll see for much of the day. it's not going to be a heavy snow, 1 to 2 inches in the philadelphia area before things start to change over to rain. with rain will come potential for an icy evening commute. the rain will be falling on ground that is still frozen, slipping and sliding can be expected. the warming will continue. by tomorrow we're looking at all rain and the potential for heavy rain in the area. there is a flood threat for the area for tomorrow. for today, it is light snow that is moving through sea isle city. this has already fallen in cape may. vineland seeing a few snow flakes. it's slowly moving into delaware county and chester county and pennsylvania. the steadier snow is to the south. that still i
