paul fishman did not lay a finger on the big man himself. in a press conference this afternoon, he said this -- paul fishman: based on the evidence available to us today we will not bring further charges. john: after today, with respect to christie's 2016 ambitions, is he on shaky ground or firmer ground? mark: shaky ground. if you take today's plea deal and the fact the prosecutor showed these facts, christie will not be indicted, he is on firmer ground. it is hard for me to believe these three people were the only people involved. mark: you saw his people trumpeting the fact. we are exactly where we were the day he gave that press conference a year ago where he said no connection, no connection. nothing has changed. all of that is true. he is a guy with very little credibility but there is something about the fact that he keeps saying he has something and he is willing to say the christie people should notice that. mark: there is tension. one of the people indicted today says he's not telling the truth. fishman is a very cautious prosecuto

and what might be very important is paul fishman noted that nobody else is going -- he doesn't expect anybody else to be charged with the bridge-closure -- or with the bridge-closure scheme. so that kind of indicates that these other folks that we thought could be indicted other players close to chris christie that kind of closes a door on them being involved in this at least. david sampson, close christie ally is being investigated for things that sort of -- kind of came to light because of the bridge gate investigation. so it doesn't close the door on future indictments to other charges, but as far as the lane closures go it sounds like paul fishman, the u.s. attorney sort of suggest the door on other indictments. >> mr. paul fishman is saying this is it no more indictments related to the lane closures it stops there, that would then go to chris christie's claim that he was victimized by rogue aids; that he did nothing wrong, and these other schemes that the u.s. attorney who you saw, the other schemes that he is investigating is there any potential that any of these might catch up

joining us now is niche cofounder rob fishman in new york and maha is with us as well., niche is no longer niche. that was low hanging fruit. tell us, for the uninitiated what are internet celebrities and give us an example? rob: over the last few years the advent of mobile applications like twitter and periscope has given rise to new content creators. they have worked in ad agencies or even high school students that have amassed audiences of millions, tens of millions of followers who tune in every day to see what the latest is with those folks. brad: do they have any hesitance about bringing advertisers into their spots? in previous generation, we might have thought about that as selling out but they seem to be embracing advertisers. rob: we look at it as selling in. they need to support themselves and they are creating free content for their fans every day. we try to pair them up with best brands. the numbers speak to that. brad: maha, tell us what victorious is and what the advantages are of not just twitter but other platforms like snapchat and youtube. maha: once

for more on what was contained in the bin laden documents, we turn to, brian fishman a research fellowth the new america foundation and the combating terrorism center at west point. and, greg miller, who covers national security matters for the washington post. greg miller, you spent the day poring through all of these documents. what did you see after having covered this issue for so long that surprised and enlightened you? >> actually, there was one document in there that really jumped out at me and it was sort of something i stumbled through reading through. it's a document-- it's a letter, basically, bin laden sends to one of his wives who had been hiding in iran. in it, he is making plans or trying to make arrangements for him to join him in pakistan, and he reveals that the isolation there has gotten so bad and the security worries so bad that he had thought about moving thought about leaving that compound, and this was just months before that u.s. raid. and it just sort of shows, you know if that-- if he had followed through on that-- and it's not clear that he had taken any add

the key phrase from fishman, he says no more indictments in this scheme.? >> a couple pieces there. first of all, the name david sampson, the chairman of the port authority. christie's close confidant. he was christie's top guy at the port authority. there's been reported of all sorts of other investigations that are sprouted up from bridge-gate that really don't have anything to do with this scheme with the closures, with the cover-up, but that have to deal with land deals and have to do with conflicts of interest and a shakedown of united airlines for a flight to his vacation home. so what fishman was saying there, the wording most people read that is very precise and leaves open the distinct pocket that there will be news probably big news on david sampson sometimes? the not too distant future. >> and chris christie said today, today's charges made clear that what i've said from day one is true. i had no knowledge or involvement in the planning or execution of this act. he obviously wants no part of this at all. as we know now, he doesn't, right? questi

they asked paul fishman about that, the u.s. attorney, in his press conference. he didn't want to address these. so they are linking their credibility as prosecutors to a guy who has said as recently as after he cut a plea deal that there's evidence that chris christie had knowledge of this. >> but the u.s. attorney is not making those charges. said today i don't have further indictments. >> i guess the question is is there a yet at the end of that sentence? >> first of all, i think it's worth noting that they are linking the credibility to something. i think the much bigger concern that chris christie has and the point i'm really trying to raise here is that as this goes forward, you're going to see from bridget kelly and bill baroni chris christie's name is going to be coming up in this a lot. the idea that they are not in position and the jobs that they had in this administration, that they are not in position to be making the kinds of decisions that they're alleged to have made. that they didn't have the authority. and the final piece, and this is all everyth
