here in new jersey, i'm not affected by flood -- flood danger maps yet, but there have been numerous articles the last several years in new jersey, they keep adjusting the flood area inland, and what it comes down to really is, again, i'm an independent, i think both the tea party movement and the occupy movement would agree on this, it's a case of the wealthy transferring their expenses on to the backs of average people. i'll give you an example, this community south of atlantic city called long port. you cannot buy the smallest cottage in long port for under a million dollars, most of the houses are multimillion houses. they are subsidized for flood insurance. when the beach needs replenishment, everybody has to replenish their beaches, but if you want to go on their beaches, you have to get a beach tag, then they don't provide any facilities, you can't find a place to park, there's no public restrooms. it is just another case of -- that's why i'm so frustrated. this has been become a rip-off nation. everything is transferred on to the middle class. the wealthy get subsidized, the

these are the flood watches that we have in effect. it does include loudoun, prince william, and fauquier until 6:00 in the morning. some showers moving in that direction, but they are lighter and they are slowly moving to the east. as we look on down, as we put the whole thing in motion, again, very slow movement to all of these showers. we are picking up rain rates between a half inch and inch of rain. the flash flood has been issued. one inch could cause problems. do watch these areas in the morning if this is an area that you commute through. we have that flash flood watch up for you. temperature is still really mild over d.c. at 71 degrees. a lot of other spots in the 60s. it's going be a mild and muggy night and boy are we going to be heating up as we get closer to the weekend. our average high temperature is 77. the next couple of days will be around 80-degrees with clouds in the morning and shower and thunderstorm activity every afternoon. we keep that going into friday, but notice it starts getting hotter. 86 for friday and 90
