we don't know exactly where in south florida it will hit, certainly the everglades will see a ton of storm surge, everybody in south florida is going to be dealing with major hurricane force winds, winds in excess of 111 miles an hour for pretty much everybody but some spots will see more than that. if you look at the satellite image here, it looked a little bit like something may be happening in the center. it looks like it has gotten consolidated, it is going to go over some really warm water in the short term. that means a lot of our models still showing additional strengthening with this. we know it will make this right-hand turn and take a look at this model, still a huge spread. we would like to see all of those lines going in the same area, still not the case, we cannot be certain where it is going to make that right-hand turn and where it does it is going to have a big impact on who gets the worst of it. by tomorrow evening we will have hurricane force winds and take a look at that, going toward sunday at 1:00 we have major hurricane winds all across the entire area of self fl

you can see the florida keys and right in through here, this is the everglades national park southern florida seeing the heavier rain. latest moving to the west at 12, moving 125 miles per hour south of miami florida. i had should move over key whoas and sugarloaf key as a category four. sunday afternoon, fort meyers beach it will gradually start to weaken as it stays over the peninsula of florida as a category three monday morning. eventually it goes into places like georgia and tennessee. the spaghetti plots are coming together. we have a couple of lines that are well off the coast, this would be a great sign because it would take naples and fort meyers beach out of the of worst part of the hurricane. the wynfield is massive. we have tropical storm force winds that extend 2 miles from the center of circulation. hurricane force winds 75 miles per hour. in places like fort meyers and naples and everglades national park, the keys getting battered at that point. miami 50 to 08 miles per hour. the storm surge will be tremendous for southwestern florida. 9 to 1 feet -- 12 feet for naples
