in polk county, people from the florida turnpike are planning to build a test track near polk parkway and braddock road. according to our partners at the ledger, the 56 million dollar track would also be used to test technology developed by students at the florida polytechnic university. property in the area is still being negotiated for the site. this is the last thing you would expect to see in a high speed chase: a cement truck driven by an 11-year-old. it happened in dodge center, minnesota. the boy stole the truck from a local contractor and roads and highways miles per hour. trooper's car and several agencies help. was hurt. when the boy tried to run away, he was caught and is being held in a juvenile detention center. the end of a spring break trip for two teens when one of them had to crash land a plane onto a golf course. 17-year-old christian dell is a certified pilot. he was flying home to kansas with his girlfriend when the engine died and the plane started falling to the ground. they weren't going to make it to the runway, so christian had to make an emergency landing at
