now from floyd county. brea, you've been driving around all morning, what have you been seeing? shell rock river is beginning to leave its in downtown greene. sandbagging going on in greene and clarksville. many roads closed throughout the northern fourth of butler county. 5-10 inches of rain were common across the southwest half of floyd and northern tip of butler county. this resulted in numerous impassable roads, especially in floyd county where officials say nearly every road across the southwestern portion is under water. sandbagging efforts are also starting today in charles city as people there prepare for the cedar river to rise. we spoke with the floyd county sherrif's office this morning and they residents and businesses today. starting at 1:00pm, people can come pick them up in the hyvee parking lot. the 5 to 10 inches that fell in cedar river basin will now cause the river to rise well above flood stage this weekend farther downstream. thanks a lot brea. that is in chickasaw county. this is a da
