i'm darya folsom and i'm james you can see on your screen exactly what that breaking news stories this morning, a wildfire which is for mandatory evacuations in morocco. this is video of the fire as you can see it broke out about 1 o'clock this morning right along marrow drive. just south of saint mary's you can hear the cars honking as people are evacuating. this so far has burned about 40 acres containment is up at 60% but they still have a long way to go is this incredible to see. i getting out of there. neighborhoods, it's just reminisce santa rosa, only because it's such a populated area and the worry is is the high winds that we've seen overnight now may help fuel and speed the spread of this fire and that's the worry that firefighters obviously trying to. >>a fight against a comeback

determination of public convenience or necessity for a small format target store that will be operating on folsom. this store will be similar to the other small format target stores in san francisco. one in downtown san francisco on bush, a similar store in oceanview, and one in the stone's town galleria. all of those target stores also sell alcoholic beverages with a type 21license. we would like to be able to order those same products to targets of the costf the new target store. the alcohol sales will be incidental, and it will be for those who, along with groceries, would like to pick up alcoholic beverages. because it is offered at other target stores, it is a product that costumers come to expect from target. so we would like to be able to offer that. we have reached out to some 200 residents, closest residents to the proposed location, with notification of our alcohol license, and there were no objections. we also did reach out to the soma west community benefits district, and, again, there were no objections to the alcohol license that we've applied for. as you heard, a.l.u. is supportive
