we're in the mission district, not far from folsom and 17th street.hat sees a lot of flooding, potentially when we get that heavy rain. thankfully, today we've not seen the flood rise to the point where you're seeing it right at people's doorsteps and the doorsteps of some of the businesses around here. but you do see some of these flood stop temporary barriers. this is what the city public utilities commission will install for some of the areas that they know will get a little heavier rain and some heavier flooding here. it's really meant to kind of just soak up some of that rain and redirect it into basically back onto the street, keeping it away from the doorsteps and the garage fronts across the street from where we are, we see a number of businesses that have laid out a bunch of sandbags out here as well, all hoping to soak up some of the flooding that could potentially rise up into the indoors of some of these buildings. thankfully, we've not seen enough rain to do that here, but the rain has been falling down. it's been coming down since last n
