. ♪ for a strong bag that grips the can... get glad forceflex.mall change, big difference. >>> thanks for joining us on this monday morning. new york police shot two bystanders while pursuing a suspect near times square over weekend. police were trying to subdue anagitated man darting through traffic. crowds panicked as new york city police officers fired three shots missing the target hitting two bystanders instead. both were women one took a bullet in the right knee and the other was grazed and on her backside. both are expected to be okay. police were chasing the man who looked confused. >> the guy was like wandering in the street like he was lost. and he's pretty big guy there. was one officer trying to-- there was one officer trying to get him to come out of the middle of traffic and he looked like he was on something. >> police say it looked like the man wanted to be hit by traffic. but then pretended to point a weapon at officers. police subdued him with a taser and he was admitted to a hospital as emotionally disturbed. >>> an unarmed man
