to put this in perspective, the gates foundation has assets of about $51 billion, so they are giving away that money. that's about equal to the market cap of fordr general, we are talking about a major force in the world of charitable giving that's now going to be going through some kind of reorganization or -- or organizational challenges so i think that's really where an interesting story in terms of their divorce, you know, i've just got to say, regardless of how wealthy you are, it can't be easy for any couple and any family and any children, so, my heard goes out to them for going through a breakup like that. i think the charitable giving issue is a big one. dagen: and, jon, just with that much money, there's an issue of i think in the charitable giving and in philanthropy, absorption, where you have so much money and you're targeting at just a few areas particularly health, it's even hard for these areas of giving to absorb that much money, that you've got so much to hand out, it's hard to hand it out in a way that's efficient and useful and effective and avoid fraud. that's a huge challenge. jon: there are a lot of organizations that dep
