trump, the charges against trump and the smith case, you think about jack smith trying to prove a drug case. it doesn't really matter if the drugs get there by a chevrolet or ford. so the details of how they got there, it gives color and context and explains part of the scheme and the depth of the scheme. it doesn't necessarily change the crime. but it certainly adds more to it and even though trump is not really mentioned in the reporting, the question will be does it now sully the credibility of folks who have testified before january 6th committee or in other judicial settings and cause some problems there or does it simply give jack smith another pressure point to get people to come forward and tell what they knew about this scheme and essentially you know, who was involved and what the plan was and how high the planning went for this type of activity. >> well, and paula, we're seeing how at least why the planning went because chesebro is naming congressman perry, senator johnson, matt morgan, the other top campaign attorneys. i just want to listen to what it is he told investigators about their role in this plot. >> so he finds representative perry and who
