this is the deal out of fort lauderdale. this is video-of fort lauderdale with 21 people dying in jamaica, cuba. and this storm is possibly moving of the eastern seaboard right arm around halloween. it is being referred to as 'fran kenstorm'this path continues on to the jersey shore as it goes towards early tuesday morning. this will be combined with a top winter storm and add 500 mi. wide there could be impacting with snow, and even towards washington. we will be watching this storm wat closely. >> good morning. we have the san mateo and clear conditions. but it is a chilly start. lost out of those panda hats... is you are going to need those to bust out...the panda hats.. 57 it just depends on where you are located. but because there is no cloud coverage it is a bit cooler. possibly a patchy fog along the coast but high-pressure in control. with that, warmer weather towards the weekend. let us talk about few futurecast. and all of that yellow is showing some 70's. upper 60s along the coast and as we press for this evening.

rainfall in cuba and the florida keys and in southeastern florida including miami and fort lauderdale. maybe you're taking a cruise out of there over the next couple of days. not great weather there under a tropical storm warning and some computer models take this right up the east coast and impact north carolina perhaps long island and up towards the cape and boston over the next couple of days. we'll keep our eye on it. watching some chilly temperatures that every tonight. skies will clear out. it's late october. those nights are long and you will wake up to 47 in santa rosa, napa 47 and san jose 50. high pressure is building in. it's off to our south and west tomorrow. so we get a zonal flow a due west-to-east flow so temperatures won't go up that much but you will get sunshine and the rain is finished. as high pressure builds to our north, we get more of a northwest wind by the weekend. that's a warmer air flow giving us more sunshine, less morning cloud cover and the weekend looks fantastic. so what to expect? rain is done. temperatures going up sunshine going up starting tomorro
