foster was accused of attacking the 28-year-old woman at their home on february 11. the girlfriend flag down a stranger's car to call 911. she told the officer he punched her 10 times, dragged her by her head and physically threw her into the house. she was bruised and had a ruptured eardrum. the argument allegedly began the night before when the girlfriend told police foster through her dog across the room. the next morning, she said he threw her clothes off the balcony and forced her out of the home. with law enforcement searched foster's home, they found two -- a gun and a high-capacity magazine, both are illegal in the state of california. now the girlfriend says that the injuries were caused by your road rage fight with another woman. video showed up that shows they believe it is her fighting with another woman. at this moment, foster still faces charges of domestic violence against his former girlfriend and possession of an illegal firearm in california and for preventing a victim from calling 911, that is when he smashed her smell from -- cell phone. we don't
