foster children and foster care was one of my big projects. but i think the, it even gets worse if you talk about transitional age youth who are also lgbtq. because they are particularly vulnerable out on the streets. so just specific funding and specific mental health funding for their specific issues might i think help the problem. but we do have to bolster up as we are talking about public policy matters, which are not necessarily dealing with homeless, but dealing with the path to homelessness. you need to invest some money on what do aged-out youth in foster care go. the overwhelming majority of them and i don't have the specifics at the tip of my fingertips, either enter the homeless system or the criminal justice system. when we've put a child in foster care, i spent some time in dependency court in my early career. when we put a kid into foster care, we become their parent and we are just doing a horrible job of it based upon the numbers at foster care. so i think we ought to put some money into when they're getting ready to age out so
