tom vacar ktvu, fox two news. three people are under arrest tonight in san jose for a homicide that happened back in april 26 year old ricardo padilla of fremont 28 year old jocelyn velasquez of san jose and 31 year old daniel macias of redwood city were all arrested on june 22nd. that deadly shooting happened on april 16th on pfeifle avenue near monterey road in south san jose. police say it appeared to stem from a fight at an unsanctioned pop up event. this event in itself was in a non sanctioned event did not have any notification to the city not have any permitting or county entities and was kind of flash kind of style event that actually served alcohol. had different kinds of vendors there , and as a result of this non sanctioned events, some kind of interaction happened between the suspects and the victim, resulting in his death. the name of the victim has not been released by authorities. police say the relationship between the victim and those three suspects is still not clear. all three of them are facing
